New products are purchased direct from manufactures or reputable US-based suppliers - never from overseas discount distributors. DMG is an authorized Galaxy Audio dealer, in addition to other top manufacturers. Dave's Music Gear honors manufacturer's warranties on new products.

Used music instruments and accessories are carefully examined and tested for functionality before being offered for sale. All items, new or used, are backed by DMG's 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee. You can return any item, for any reason, within 60 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund.

Direct purchases made securely by phone may be shipped, picked up in Oswego or Parsons, or delivered for an additional cost as noted below.

SHIPPING

Most music instruments and accessories can be shipped anywhere in the U.S. for an additional cost, based on item weight and destination.

FREE LOCAL PICKUP

You can arrange to pick up your purchase in the Oswego, KS store (the Black Crow Trading Co.) during regular store hours, or in Parsons, KS by arrangement, at no additional cost. (Other arrangements may be possible)

DELIVERY

Local delivery is available for an additional cost as reflected in the rate schedule below. All distances are from Parsons:

Within 5 miles of Parsons - FREE with $20 minimum purchase
6 to 15 miles - $9.25
16 to 25 miles - $18.50
26 to 35 miles - $35.00
More than 35 miles from Parsons - $1.50 per one-way mile

NOTE: Deliveries will not be left unattended. We always strive to deliver purchases as requested by the customer but unfortunately, specific delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed.

60-day satisfaction guarantee

Take it for a spin

All products, new or used, are covered by DMG's 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee in addition to any manufacturer's warranties on new products. If you decide it's too big, too small, the wrong color, wrong sound, whatever, contact us for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked. New products, including music instruments and accessories, will be exchanged or refunded based on the manufacturer's warranty, when applicable.

The 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee doesn't apply to products that have been lost or damaged due to misuse or obvious neglect. Refunds or exchanges require proof of purchase which can be any of the following:
    1) The original sales receipt
    2) A photo, or photocopy, of the original sales receipt
    3) A valid electronic transaction record

Owner, designer, and craftsman, Patrick Ramshead, is a retired police officer who's made Parsons, Kansas his home. Patrick creates all types of leather goods, including beautiful, one-of-a-kind leather guitar straps.

Patrick also makes guitar pick holders/coin purses, bi-fold business card holders, minimal wallets, credit card carriers, and more. He uses many types of leather, including exotic leathers, and he's constantly expanding his product line and design options.
