PRODUCTS
DMG sells both new and used items. New products are always new - not pre-owned, refurbished, or re-manufactured. Items that are refurbished or re-manufactured, will be marked as being USED, REFURB, etc. but not NEW.
PRICING
DMG purchases new products, in quantities and special offerings, from reputable suppliers and sells them at competitive prices. Since I don't buy and sell in large volume, the retail prices for identical products may decrease or increase from time to time based on purchasing costs.

USE OF EXOTIC LEATHERS
You might wonder if it’s legal, and ethical, to use exotic animal hides (zebra, leopard, giraffe, alligator, etc.) for making leather goods like guitar straps.
It’s an excellent question.
The answer depends upon several factors such as, the species, gender, origin, and end use. Generally speaking, it is lawful to use exotic leather in the making of consumer goods, provided the hides are not obtained by unlawful means like poaching or other illegal harvesting methods. They must also be used in compliance with standards and agreements established by worldwide oversight organizations, such as CITES .
Exotic leather used by Goat’s Gruff Leather Studio is purchased from reputable sources, licensed to deal in such products, and who provide valid documentation. In most cases, these hides come from established animal preserves, sanctuaries, and zoos throughout the world. When an animal dies of natural causes, or is lawfully culled, the money received from selling the hides to ethical tanneries is used to further the efforts of wildlife preservation.
It's our feeling that, not only is it ethical to tastefully display the beauty of these hides, it also honors the animals from which they came.

Every product purchased from Dave's Music Gear, new or used, is covered by a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee in addition to any warranty from the manufacturer. You have a full 60 days to "kick the tires" and make sure it's exactly what you want.
If you decide your purchase is too big, too small, the wrong color, the wrong sound, call or text me to request an exchange or refund - no questions asked. I will either exchange it or refund the purchase price, including sales tax. Incidental fees such as shipping, if applicable, are non-refundable.
THE FINE PRINT
The 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee doesn't apply to products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper use, or obvious neglect. (Yeah, dropping an amp down a flight of stairs is not covered by this guarantee)
All requests for refunds or exchanges require a proof of purchase which can be: 1) The original receipt, 2) A photo or photocopy of the original receipt, or 3) A valid electronic transaction record.
